What's Included
Twice-Yearly Gutter & Roof Maintenance Visits
During each scheduled service, our team will:
- Clean gutters and downspouts
- Remove leaves, branches, and debris from roof surfaces
- Perform a comprehensive visual roof inspection
- Inspect flashing, pipe boots, and roof penetrations
- Check sealants and exposed fasteners
- Re-caulk exposed fasteners as needed
- Repair minor nail pops
- Perform most minor maintenance repairs
- Evaluate drainage and water-shedding performance
- Document the overall condition of the roofing system
Digital Roof Health Reports
Following every service visit, members receive a detailed digital roof condition report including:
- Current roof condition
- Photographs of key roof areas
- Maintenance performed
- Areas requiring future monitoring
- Recommended repairs (if applicable)
- Date-stamped records for future reference
